The Hunterdon Harmonizers present an original musical adventure fun for kids and adults alike! Shows at 3pm and 7pm on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Hunterdon Central Regional High School.
It's the 24th of December and Santa sleeps right through his alarm and rushes to the sleigh to make his Christmas Eve deliveries. In his foggy haste he overlooks a single sack of treasured toys that were destined for a little house in suburban Indiana. The toys spring to life, and into action on a journey to the Parker house. Will they fly "to Indiana and beyond"? Will Red the Ranger shoot his eye out? Will the Parker boys awake to find Santa had passed them by?
You'll find out in the Hunterdon Harmonizers' original holiday musical comedy, "A Christmas Toy's Story"! But the holiday cheer doesn't end there! The show continues with a concert of holiday favorites sure to lift your spirits, featuring the brilliant new chorus Somerset Hills Harmony, the Hunterdon Central Red Devils Orchestra and, of course, the Hunterdon Harmonizers! As a finishing touch you are invited to join the performers on stage in a massive chorus for the singing of Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus" from the Messiah - with a full orchestra!
